How It Works (Mechanism)

  1. Door Open: The brass plunger is released, and the seal stays completely retracted inside the aluminum channel under the door.

  2. Door Closing: As the door reaches the jamb, the brass head compresses against the frame’s stainless steel plate.

  3. Sealed: The internal leverage mechanism drives the TPE seal downward to completely close the gap beneath the door leaf.
